Frequently Asked Questions
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us Immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your orders. After that, within The Netherlands 1-3 business days for delivery. Internationally, it will take 5-12 business days for delivery depending on your location.
After processing your order within 2-5 business days you will receive your tracking code trough the e-mail address used at checkout.
Your order can be checked with the provided tracking code within the e-mail. There will be a link available in the same e-mail where you can track your order.
